The New York Times has recently published an article about about the newly launched UK Sport and British Basketball programme called Tall & Talented.
The programme is looking to identify tall male and female athletes who have represented their county or region in any sport and are eligible to play for the GB. Applicants should be quick, agile and skillful and/or fit, powerful and strong. The scheme has been launched with a view to finding athletes who can compete in 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
